You are responsible for making sure your videos comply with the rules of any platform you post them to.

Your content

You own the videos you create. We do not claim ownership of your stories, photos, or finished videos. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you bring into the app.

AI-generated content

Some features generate text and images automatically. Generated results may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. Please review anything you create before publishing it.

Purchases

The app may offer paid features or purchases. Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are managed by Apple according to their policies.

Availability

We work to keep the app running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Some features rely on network connectivity and may change or be discontinued over time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
